As part of the IPMA Project Profession Forum 2025, taking place in London from 26–29 November, one of the featured keynote speakers will be Veljko Janjić, President of BEXEL and a globally recognized expert in BIM and digital transformation in construction.

In his keynote “The Future of Project Delivery: Transforming Construction with BIM, Lean Planning, Data-Driven Collaborative Workflows, BI and AI-powered Insights,” Janjić will explore how the integration of BIMLean planningdata analytics, and AI is reshaping the way projects are planned, managed, and delivered. He will highlight the importance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) as a collaborative platform that enhances transparency, efficiency, and informed decision-making across all project stakeholders.

Drawing on real-world examples from international projects, Janjić will demonstrate how new technologies enable greater predictability, safety, and sustainability in construction—setting the foundation for the future of project delivery.

The Call for Papers is now open for the 14th IPMA Research Conference, to be held from 15–17 April 2026 at EAN University in Bogotá, Colombia, under the theme “Project Management Practice in a Disruptive Era: Integrating Technology, Innovation, and Sustainability.”

Researchers, professionals, and academics are invited to submit their work exploring how technology, innovation, and sustainability are transforming project management in today’s complex and fast-evolving environment. Topics include AI and innovation in project management, sustainability and purposeful leadership, disruptive education, hybrid methodologies, digital transformation, and the evolving role of PMOs.

Two types of submissions are welcome:
Full Papers (3,500–6,000 words) – to be included in the indexed conference proceedings.
Early-Stage Research Papers (1,500 words) – to be featured in the Book of Abstracts: Project Management Research Ideas.

Selected best papers will be invited for publication in indexed journals.

Submission deadline: 22 December 2025
Conference dates: 15–17 April 2026
